7-day refund, no questions. Email us within 7 days of any charge and we refund it in full. No form, no "retention specialist", no guilt.

Cancel in one click, any time. Self-serve from your settings. You stay Pro until the end of the period you already paid for — we never cut you off early.

A payment failing is not a lockout. If a renewal fails you keep full Pro access for a 7-day grace window while you sort it out.

Cancelling never deletes your work. Every exercise you've done, project you've built, streak, and XP stays yours on the free tier. Downgrade is never confiscation.

Gems can't be bought for money. The in-game economy is earned, never sold — paying never buys progress.

The free trial won't sneak up on you. Trials are card-required and convert on day 7 — and we email you 2 days before, with a one-click cancel link. Cancel in time and you pay nothing.
